The cardigan is Theory, available at Neiman Marcus, and the blazer is BCBG, available at Macy’s (on sale for $129!).
Jenny tipped me off that you can buy the Theory cardigan here for $114 and here for $190.
I might have to grab one of those blazers for myself! Love it!
