Stagecoach is only a month away and I’m getting excited! Not just to see Brad, Kenny, Little Big Town, Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert, but to pick out some boot-scootin’ duds for the two-day country music fest!
It’s going to be HOT in the desert, so should I wear a sundress or my new shorts? And if I go with the latter, what top should I wear? And, do I need new cowboy boots???
First, the boots. As much as I dislike Jessica Simpson, I’ve rocked her distressed brown “Daisy” boots since I got them on sale at Nordstrom a few years back, and I LOVE them.

But they are looking pretty worn out and it might be time to invest in some new ones. I really like these red Frye boots I found on shopbop.com, which kind of look like a more legit version of my boots in red.

I love the stars and moons on these Bronx Footwear boots, and I like how they almost look metallic. (Plus, they’re on sale! Who can argue with that?)

These Steve Madden boots are pretty basic, but I like how western they look. They might be little too tall for my short legs though…

I like Jessica Simpson’s “Alan” boot in tan leather, but I don’t know if I could last very long at Stagecoach in those heels!

I vote for the silver ones, not because they are almost blue – I like the shape and style, they are unique and kind of classic, and I can picture them with those new shorts. I agree the tall ones will cut too much of your legs off. Your current pair don’t look too ‘Jessica Simpson’ but the Alan boot screams Jessica. That’s my humble opinion. mom
hmmm, the red ones are fun too…
