I went to a work event last week that was catered by Organic To Go and had the most amazing salad. It had baby spinach, toasted pine nuts, a pile of asiago cheese (yum!) and fresh strawberries. There was also a balsamic dressing on the side, but I’m not big on dressings. I went to one of the catering business’ cafes (there are seven in San Diego) today for lunch in hopes that I could have the salad. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it at the cafe, but the food was great. I had a toasted turkey pepperjack sandwich ($7.49) that was delicious. I will definitely go back.
